If you want to grow your business, it is all about getting the right people on the team. Management and Leadership are not necessarily interchangeable. Management is about process and things, where Leadership is about people. From my many years of experience in the military and in business, when you confuse the two you are doomed to failure.
Leaders are not born, they are made. It about training, knowledge, relevant experience and mentoring, because leadership is learned experientially, not through books. If you want a great company, one that breaks though these 3 gates and one that everyone wants to buy, build a great team (a good-enough team won't cut it).
